Anyora is a typical spanish winery located on Vicent Gallart street, in the neighborhood of Canyamelar since 1937. A tribute to the classical dish, the way your grandmother used to do it, the one that brings you so many memories and when you think about, you just can smile.

Our winery is a nod to the past but with a look to the future.? We have used natural materials made by hand such as enameled tile and recovered elements such as the wooden doors of our bathrooms.

The Valencian pottery  that decorate our premises, the morellana blanket or the typical botijos of the town coexist perfectly with the illustrations of the artist Javier Pastor, in an environment that combines tradition and avant-garde and invites to gastronomic enjoyment.

The space is distributed in several environments with their own identity in which to live and share different experiences around a good plate of food.
